She has many years experience in client services/sales prior and spent over 15 years in construction management, both residential and commercial. The challenging world of construction management on high profile projects such as the Saenger Theatre has prepared her for what her dream position is in serving the community as a Realtor. Her enthusiasm, inspiration, and can do attitude awarded her with the Spirit Award for 2018 with Gardner Realtors. Every transaction, she believes, is always about her client. “I live by the Golden Rule, except I treat others as THEY want to be treated.” Renee has been certified in the Ninja Selling Path to Mastery, The Ninja selling system is based on philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and and more about how to create value for people. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous professional who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. Renee moved to New Orleans from the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000 with the intent of investing in Real Estate. She specializes in all areas of Metro New Orleans and the Wesbank, particularly the Algiers neighborhood where she and her husband call home. When she's not working with clients, Renee enjoys time with her husband out by the pool, or spending time with her family including her grandson in the San Francisco Bay Area.
